Goverment Polytechnic Pratapgarh

Government Polytechnic Pratapgarh is commited to provide quality education to the student enabling them to excel in the field of engineering to cater to the changing & challenging needs of society and industry by contributing to the academic standing and overall knowledge deveplopment of the students.This Government Polytechnic was established in the year 1983-84 by the Department of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh on Pratapgarh Sultanpur Road, about 5 km from the district headquarters on the banks of the Punya Salila River. This institute, which is fully recognized by the Department of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh and All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, is on the path of continuous progress since then.
Due to no industrial establishment being established at the district headquarters, the environment here is clean and healthy.Lab/shop, computer lab, language lab, smart class, library and model room are established in this institute. Mechanical Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Maintenance Engineering and Electronics Engineering courses are currently running in this institution with an entry capacity of 75 each.
Our technical education system provides the practical engineering education to students so as to groom up their personalities to such a level that they create a mark not only in the growth and development of our own country but also make a remarkable and positive dent in developed knowledge economics of the world.
